Schedule

You’ll find Open Range Fellowship to be a warm, welcoming family of people who love rural life, horses and cowboy culture, as well as motorcycles and the feeling of the open road.

We gather both Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings:
509 W. Lone Jack/Lee’s Summit Road

Both days, our 5 to 8-piece live band leads us in worship using a variety of musical styles. Each service includes a biblical message-teaching with practical meaning for our daily lives.

Dress code? No way! It’s completely acceptable to dress like a cowboy or cowgirl (yes, really), in your farming duds, in regular casual clothes, or wearing your biker leathers to share road patches with other area riders.

What do you do when the lights go out?

You have church outside!

While our usual Bible study and music rehearsals were in progress one Saturday, a truck accident nearby hit and knocked over a telephone pole, along with its transformer and electrical wires.

But, not wanting to cancel the service altogether, we realized that the weather was just right for us to move the whole service outside! Our fire pit area on the East side was all ready to go and waiting for us!

We had unplugged instruments, beautifully-harmonizing singers, pastor Joe with a great message out of Hebrews…..and worship for our loving God. Simple, awesome, and memorable. Thank you Lord for giving us the opportunity out of chaos.
